People often get frustrated because they have been doing abdominal exercises for a long time and are not satisfied the results.
In The Truth About Six Pack Abs, fitness trainer Mike Geary aims to dispel some of the most common myths about abdominal training. He discusses some of the most common things people believe about abdominal training such as spot fat removal and abdominal exercises. Then Geary offers advice on how to get six-pack abs. He starts by offering the readers a low-fat nutritional plan that is combined with cardiovascular exercise to eliminate body fat.
