Truth About Abs Review and Comments

Mar.31,2011When Truth About Abs was first introduced in the market, the first thing that people thought was if this was another health and fitness scam. Typing “Truth About Abs review” on any search engine would lead one to various posts that say this guide does not really work. Some of them regretted the fact that they even bought the book and tried the exercises because in the end, Mike Geary’s exercise routine was not able to deliver its promises of beautifully sculpted abs. Others were skeptical about the idea that Geary’s abs workouts do not require any abs machines. For them, the equipment is necessary in order to put pressure on the muscle and produce a nice looking abdominal muscle. Another reason why this might be a little off to some readers is that it was written by a guy and some women might not be able to relate to it. In addition, “Truth About Abs” concentrates much on hard workout routines that some might not be able to do nor maintain on a regular basis.
